What We're Looking For
- •Proven leadership experience scaling operations in deep tech or high-growth hardware/software companies.
- •Deep understanding of financial modeling, vendor management, and legal frameworks.
- •A hands-on, systems-thinking mindset paired with strong executive presence.
You'll set technical direction for robotics research and engineering, leading work across locomotion, manipulation, perception and the underlying intelligence stack.
What You'll Do
- •Build and lead the robotics team from the ground up, scaling lab infrastructure and testing facilities.
- •Drive core technical roadmaps for hardware-software integration, real-world autonomy, and mobile manipulation.
- •Collaborate directly with leadership to define platform capabilities and pilot milestones.
What We're Looking For
- •Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- •Track record of shipping complex robotic systems from prototype to real-world deployment.
- •Hands-on expertise in motion planning, control systems, and multi-axis manipulation.
You'll architect the technology platforms and infrastructure connecting Wizod Labs's research initiatives into scalable, production-ready systems.
What You'll Do
- •Design and maintain core software architecture, data pipelines, and distributed simulation infrastructure.
- •Build internal tooling that empowers robotics and AI researchers to iterate and test at high velocity.
- •Establish engineering standards around scalability, security, and platform reliability.
What We're Looking For
- •Extensive experience architecting robust distributed software systems and developer infrastructure.
- •Strong background in high-performance computing, data pipelines, and cloud-to-edge architectures.
